We never buy or sell your personal information. We use the information you share to respond to your request and provide Lodgi services.

What we collect

  • Visit requests: your name, email, ZIP code, and anything else you choose to give us (phone, move-in date, home size, appliance and video counts, and your message).
  • Your portal: your home's address and the details we document during your visit — appliances, model and serial numbers, manuals, photos, videos, key locations, and maintenance reminders.
  • Your account: your login email and password (stored securely; we can't see it), and questions you ask about your appliance manuals.
  • Payments: handled by our payment processor. We don't store your full card number.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request, send your quote, and schedule your visit.
  • To build, host, and support your private home portal.
  • To send account emails such as your invitation, password resets, and sign-in links.
  • To bill for the services you approve.

Service providers

  • Like most businesses, we rely on a few trusted companies to operate Lodgi. They process information only on our behalf, to provide their service to us — not for their own marketing — and we don't sell your information to them or anyone else.
  • Hosting and database: our website, portal, files, and account system run on a cloud hosting provider.
  • Email delivery: an email provider delivers our messages and tells us whether they bounced or were marked as spam or unsubscribed.
  • AI features: when you ask a question about an appliance manual, the relevant manual text and your question are sent to an AI provider to produce the answer.
  • Payments: Stripe processes card payments and subscriptions.
  • Google sign-in: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email with us.

Who can see your home information

  • Only you and the Lodgi team can see your portal. Your photos and videos are private files.
  • We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

  • You can unsubscribe from Lodgi emails using the link in any message.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing info@lodgi.ai.
